    Holistic talk therapy looks at the whole person, mind, body, emotions, and life experiences. In a supportive space, we explore patterns, process challenges, and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can move toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Book a consultation call

    The initial call is for your to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have and discuss policies/costs and discover if we’re a goof fit for working together.

  2. Schedule your first session

    If we are both comfortable moving forward, we will book your first appointment.

  3. Start to feel comfortable with your counselor

    In the first session, we will get to know one another and set your goals for therapy.

  4. Meet on a weekly/bi-weekly schedule

    For most clients, meeting weekly or every other week. When we meet some of your goals, we may decide to meet less often.
