I offer holistic, trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals navigating emotional distress, life transitions, and deeper questions of identity, meaning, and purpose. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological practice while honoring the full human experience—including emotional, relational, somatic, and existential dimensions.
Many people seek therapy during periods when familiar ways of coping no longer work, such as anxiety, grief, relationship changes, burnout, or times of inner questioning or awakening. Therapy provides a supportive and confidential space to explore emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and the deeper themes shaping one’s inner life, while developing practical tools for greater clarity, resilience, and integration.
Areas of Focus
Anxiety and chronic stress
Trauma and developmental wounds
Life transitions and identity shifts
Grief and loss
Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics
Emotional regulation and nervous system support
Meaning, purpose, and personal growth
Therapeutic Approach
My approach integrates trauma-informed care, depth psychology, and mind–body awareness. Sessions are collaborative, attuned, and paced to each individual’s needs. We may explore emotional patterns, somatic experience, symbolism, and meaning-making alongside practical strategies for daily functioning and emotional regulation.
A Note on Spirituality in Therapy
Spiritual or existential themes may be explored when relevant to the client’s values, worldview, or lived experience. Therapy is always client-led and does not promote any specific spiritual or religious belief system. All services are provided within the scope of licensed, ethical, and evidence-informed mental health practice.
