At IntuitLive, I offer psychotherapy for women throughout Florida through a holistic, trauma-informed, and soul-centered lens. My work integrates evidence-based therapy with a deep respect for meaning, personal growth, and the wisdom that emerges when we learn to listen more deeply to ourselves.

My Clinical Background

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma treatment.

I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in ecopsychology. I remain deeply committed to lifelong learning and continue to pursue advanced training in depth psychology, attachment healing, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and holistic approaches that support healing of the mind, body, and soul.

My therapeutic approach blends neuroscience-informed psychotherapy with attachment theory, mindfulness, depth psychology, and somatic awareness. I integrate nervous system regulation to help clients heal from anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, life transitions, and narcissistic abuse.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting women through some of life's most challenging experiences, including trauma, intimate partner violence, relationship struggles, loss, and major life transitions.

These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about reconnecting with the strengths, resilience, wisdom, and authenticity that have always existed within you. You are not broken, you are becoming!

My Personal Journey

Long before becoming a therapist, I spent decades exploring the intersection of psychology, spirituality, consciousness, and human transformation.

My journey has included living in India, years immersed in meditation and contemplative practices, time spent in spiritual communities, and ongoing exploration of Eastern traditions, depth psychology, mythology, and nature-based approaches to healing and self-discovery.

These experiences shaped my understanding that healing is not only about symptom reduction. It is also about meaning making, reconnecting with what matters most, and discovering a deeper relationship with yourself and life itself.

While my clinical work is firmly grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, I also honor the mystery of being human. I believe that healing often involves both practical change and deeper reflection. Science and soul are not opposites. They are simply different ways of understanding the human experience.

For clients who are interested, I welcome conversations about spirituality, creativity, intuition, symbolism, purpose, and the deeper questions that often emerge during times of growth and transformation.
